World Mental Health Day takes place annually on 10 October, and it is an international day for global mental health education, awareness and advocacy against social stigma. In conjunction with World Mental Health Day 2021, Project Green Ribbon Singapore (PGR) brings you The Unheard: Human Library – a presentation of personal stories on mental health. A Human Library is a concept birthed in Denmark where real people are on loan to readers, giving readers the opportunity to listen to their stories first hand.

(Artistic Director, Pangdemonium Theatre Company)

With over 25 years of experience performing on both stage and screen in Singapore and the United Kingdom, Adrian is often described as a veteran. In 2020, he founded Pangdemonium Theatre Company with his wife, Tracie.

From day one, Pangdemonium’s mission has been to create theatre that is viscerally stimulating, emotionally charged, intellectually provocative, and socially relevant – living up to their motto of taking people on “ass-kicking adventures in theatre”. A big part of their mission is also to uncover and nurture new, exciting young talent, and be instrumental in “sowing seeds” for the future of Singapore theatre. Together with the awesome team at Pangdemonium, they continue to prove that Singapore is able to produce theatre that can achieve international standards; theatre that Singaporeans can be proud of, and inspire people to embrace theatre as a way of life.
